It’s the last day of 2023 and I want to give a shout out to all the visitors who have supported this site in the past year. Without you visiting, clicking on the links, I wouldn’t be able to keep this site going so thank you all! This is a list of my favorite figures released during the past year based on the Jump Calendar release schedule. If you have a figure from the past year that was not listed, let me know in the comments!
#10: Gigantic Series Bulma
This is undoubtedly my favorite line of Dragon Ball figures and this one is unique in that they haven’t released many female characters and this is their only second one. It is also a very iconic design for Bulma and have been used in other lines as well.
#9: Ichibansho Ox King
I generally dont collect the Ichibansho/Ichibakuji line, but this figure is unique in that not many are made of this design.
#8: Dragon Ball Adverge Super Hero Set
This was part of a wider Adverge Set featuring characters from the Super Hero movie. These were just bigger!
#7: GxMateria Kammesennin
Another cool looking pose with a design not often used.
#6: S.H. Figuarts Metal Cooler
This was a pricey one, but was a first of its kind using chrome like finish. Also just arrived a week ago!
#5: Ichibansho Orange Piccolo
I saw this on display with the next figure and because of the size, they went well together. Definitely made me want to get the pair.
#4: Ichibansho Cell Max
This goes very well with Orange Piccolo above. These are big, not quite Gigantic series, but about half the size of X-Plus Gohan Beast.
#3: Dragon Ball arise Third Form Frieza
This was the year of Frieza as they released many of his forms throughout many figure lines. This will always be my favorite of his many transformations.
#2: Gigantic Series Gohan Beast
I reviewed this figure and it just looks crazy with that ridiculous hair, but it looks cool and everyone should have this!
#1: Dragon Ball Arise Grand Elder Guru
I cant recall the last time I’ve seen a figure for this character so he is going at the top spot. This is a pricey figure, in a pricey line, but definitely recommend if you can afford it.
