It looks like they are done with the Namek saga and have moved on to the Android/Cell saga for the general release figures which im assuming this is part of and not a Premium Bandai release. They already showed the prototype for this figure a while back along with Android 20 so he should be coming soon after 19. You can pose him with Vegeta and he has the facial expression and hands or lack thereof after that awesome scene in the anime. Cost is 7700 yen so about $75 with a November, 2023 release month. Four exchangeable facial expression parts are included – the rightward gaze based on the character’s initial appearance, as well as shouting, grinning, and fearful expressions.
A head part is also included that is exchangeable when the hat is removed, so you can reproduce a bunch of scenes from the series.
Also, in addition to three types of exchangeable left and right hand parts, an exchangeable arm part is included that lets you reproduce the broken arm.
What’s more, an exchangeable facial expression part is also included that you can use with S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan Vegeta – Awakening Super Saiyan Blood – (sold separately)!
