It is Memorial Day Holiday here in the US and we welcome you to another exciting episode of Weekly Dragon Ball News!
Starting with last week’s news, on Wednesday, May 21st, the July edition of V-Jump went on sale on Wednesday and includes two bonus cards, Bardock from Super Divers and Android 17 from Fusion World. This issue also has information on Dragon Ball Legends’ 7th anniversary, Dragon Ball’s 40th anniversary merchandise, and more. On Thursday, May 22nd, the 4th set of Dragon Ball Super Divers went on sale. We covered all the new cards released in this set in a previous post. On Thursday, May 22nd, DB Xenoverse 2’s Daima ack DLC went live. This update features SSJ3 Vegeta and SSJ4 Goku from DB Daima. On Saturday May 24th, Dragon Ball Legends 7th anniversary campaign began! To celebrate this event, Legends Limited UI Sign Goku and SSGSS Vegeta joins the fight. Also connected to this event is the collab project featuring Shallot and Giblet in DB Fusion world and S.H. Figuart. Finally, there is a prize campaign, Japan Only, on DB and DB Legends X accounts to win an special illustration by Toyotaro for his event!
For this week, the big news is the release of DB 40th Anniversary Original Illustration Sticker Wafers today, May 26th. For this segment, they invited Takei from the Bandai Candy Division to introduce the new wafer seals. This Japan Only for now and if anyone starts carrying this product line stateside, we will provide an update. There will also be new episodes of DB SD this weekend!
