It seems the SH Figuarts Super Saiyan Son Gokou (Awakening Version) will be receiving updated packaging. Not sure if this will be typical of all Dragon Ball related SH Figuarts releases from this point on, but it seems likely.

Same here. I like the old style, but I think an update to the packaging was a good move.
