The Shonen Jump calendar’s monthly update revealed something new and exciting in the SH Figuarts world! In March, 2017 we will be seeing an SH Figuarts XENOVERSE Trunks, as well as an SH Figuarts TP (Time Patroller). The figures are both being marketed as “XENOVERSE Edition”, which makes it pretty obvious that we will be seeing Trunks in his XENOVERSE attire.
It’s unclear if the TP (Time Patroller) figure will be Future Warrior, from Dragon Ball Xenoverse or if it will be another character in the Time Patroller suit. Future Warrior is the most likely guess; but what is for sure, is that if it’s Future Warrior then it will be the first video game only character to appear in the SH Figuarts line up!

Sweet! I thought of how awesome it would be if they made characters from Xenoverse, and now they are. Can’t wait!
I really like the idea of Trunks from Xenoverse but, the Patroller… is strange. The main idea of the game is giving people the chance to make HIS own character, and I find it hard to have THE Patroller from the trailers as THE main character from a lot of people.
I would find MUCH more interesting if they made some limited parts from the Character Creator and give people the chance to mix them on their favorite character.
Or then, just make Mira and Towa too. I definitely would buy them.
I understand your sentiment. I think they’re just doing this as a means to help promote and support Xenoverse by releasing designs exclusive and iconic in regards to the game.
Yeah, but… It still will be a unattractive figure for most.
It is not a bad idea, just not is the best either.
