S.H. Figuarts just announced a new Kaio-Ken Goku figure and I think this is the first store exclusive in this line. Kaio-Ken Goku will be available in Walmart and Target stores starting this month. He comes with new coloring and two additional face parts. No word on pricing, but hopefully it will make a good stocking stuffer!
