This is a new set of figures from the Dragon Stars brand called the flash series. The 2nd set features SSB Goku, Vegeta, and SSR Goku Black. Each figure is roughly 4″ tall and cost 6.99. They should have released already, but no word on anyone carrying these yet. Will update once i find this sold online.
