Displaying Your Figures

There was a post a few days ago about the Detolf display cases reducing their glass shelf support weight from 8 pounds to 5 and that got me thinking what everyone here used to display their figures? The Detolf by Ikea is one of the cheapest and most common cases used by collectors and for plastic figures, I dont think the weight limit per shelf is really all that big of a deal unless your loading each shelf to the brim. The only caveat is if you are collecting resin figures that are much heavier. In addition to the Detolf, Ikea also makes the Billy/Oxberg book cases that have a glass door option that you can purchase to turn it into a display book case. This is slightly more expensive than the Detolf depending on size. Personally, I like the frameless full vision wallcase seen here and often used by stores to display figures. This plus shipping is much more than the ikea varieties but the large frameless look is much better. Finally, for the old school look, there is the Curio Display Cabinet. This is by far the most expensive option out there and is usually used for more old school stuff like plaques, travel mementos and such.

Anyways, let me know in the comments which type you like best or what you plan to get.
