Not quite a figure, but this gadget was announced yesterday on the official site and it is a Saibaman tissue dispenser that you can latch onto things like a chair, table, or even your arm. This is a Japan only item so the only way to get it is through shops in Japan that ship overseas. Check out the pictures below:
