It is September now and I hope you are all enjoying Labor Day for those living in the US. We have another episode of Weekly Dragon Ball News with a big focus on Sand Land. I feel this would work better if they had the worldwide release at the same time or even in the same month. But since most people haven’t seen it here in the States and wont be able to do so until later this year, its hard for us to feel any excitement about the figures being released unless you were already a fan.
The main story this week is the release of Ichiban Kuji Sand Land later this week and they showed off their favorite items from the raffle prize. Mr. R in charge of planning and development showed off the E-prize poster featuring the character Terrier Shivs who looks a lot like android 18. Ms. Hashimoto chose the F-prize rubber mascots. They also showed off the only figure in the series Beelzebub who has two figures and has a child like body. This figure also looks very tall and stands out due to the coloring as well. This series released in Japan on Saturday, September 9th, and the Ichibansho Beelzebub figure is sold out on BBTS. You can catch the entire episode below.
