Dragon Ball News for the Week of September 12th, 2022

Good morning Dragon Ball fans! After a heat wave and a tropical depression that brought some rain here to Southern California, its finally starting to feel a little bit like fall, even though highs will still be in the upper 80s/low 90s.

Victor Uchida started by covering the important news from last week including the S.H. Figuarts pre-order announcement of Second Form Frieza. This is a huge figure and I will definitely be pre-ordering this. Next is the release of the Super Hero movie in 4k Ultra Blu Ray and regular Blu Ray. I dont see this available on Amazon, Funimation, or Crunchyroll yet, so I will update once they announce the various versions available stateside.

For this week’s news, Uchida invited Kopei, who looks like Ryu from Street Fighter and has the arms to match, talked about the upcoming Super Dragon Ball Heroes Ultra God Mission 4 card sets. They including Booster Packs and Starter Decks. This campaign also includes a special card designed by Toriyama himself featuring Goku from when he first turns Super Saiyan. Lastly, there is the GxMateria Son Gohan Figure. It looks like there is a lull in news right now, with no new Manga coming until next month and not a whole lot of new figure announcements either. But I will be posting any and all news I can find.

That is all for this week, hope you all have a Super Week!
