Good morning Dragon Ball fans. This week we have a longer episode of Weekly DB News and they spent most of the segment opening blind boxes of a new product called Choco Capsule. This goes on sale in Japan today, but no word on if anyone will carry it stateside. Basically it is a chocolate candy with a very tiny figure inside. There are 16 figures total, with 14 being shown and two are secret, which I am assuming are gold colored figures. They spent basically the entire episode on this segment to see who would be the first one to get a Goku figure and the guest Mr. Yamagami, who is part of the Bandai Candy Division, won by pulling Goku from the Saiyan arc.
We first learned of all the different divisions within Bandai a few week sago when they all presented their upcoming goods featuring the most popular Goku quotes from a promotion organized back in April/May for Goku day. I will make another post about the Choco Capsules.
In other news, Dragon Ball vs Omnibus Brave releases this Friday in Japan and this series features characters from both the Super Hero movie and the Namek Arc with the Last One figure featuring a metallic Orange Piccolo.
