The Dragon Ball Super: My Favorite Cover poll launched on Saturday, May 9th, on the Dragon Ball Official Site to celebrate Goku Day. Fans can vote for their favorite front-and-back cover illustration set from the 24 Dragon Ball Super manga volumes. Voting remains open through May 31st.
DRAGON BALL STORE TOKYO Celebrates Goku Day and Half-Year Anniversary
DRAGON BALL STORE TOKYO released commemorative merchandise for both Goku Day and the store’s half-year anniversary. Since Friday, April 24th, fans have been able to purchase Super Saiyan Goku-themed merchandise. Special campaigns include receiving a shiny opalescent bookmark with purchases and additional in-store events at Tokyo Station.

Frieza (Final Form) joins DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA on Wednesday, May 13th, alongside the launch of Season 5. The character is classified as a Technical role hero and specializes in dealing extra damage to enemies attempting to escape. The game features cooperative team battles and is available on smartphones, home consoles, and other platforms.
Dragon Ball S.H.Figuarts Miniature Collection 2 Arrives in Gashapon® Machines
The second installment of the Dragon Ball S.H.Figuarts Miniature Collection will begin appearing in Gashapon® machines across Japan starting mid-May.
Kohei Kinugawa from the Gashapon® publicity team introduced the lineup, which features miniature versions of S.H.Figuarts packaging and figures. The collection focuses on multiple Goku variants, including:
- Goku
- Super Saiyan 3 Goku
- Goku (Mini) from Dragon Ball DAIMA
- Super Saiyan 4 Goku (Mini) from Dragon Ball DAIMA
The collection recreates original package details, including metallic lettering, figure presentation, and even the weight and appearance of larger box designs. The figures are scheduled for release in May.
