Dragon Ball News for the Week of January 27th, 2025

Good morning, Dragon Ball fans! Welcome back to another exciting edition of Weekly Dragon Ball News!

Let’s kick things off with some highlights from last week. First up, Japan saw the release of the Dragon Ball Sticker Biscuit, a delightful combo of tasty cookies and collectible stickers. If you’re a fan of sweet treats and Dragon Ball memorabilia, this is your perfect match! Next, V-Jump dropped its massive March issue, loaded with Dragon Ball Super content. The magazine showcased the second set of Dragon Ball Super Divers, dropping on January 30th, and featured an exclusive look at the Super Divers Goku Card alongside juicy updates on all things Dragon Ball games. There was also an interview with the producer of Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero, who teased the upcoming DLC1 pack, bringing in 11 new characters from the Super Hero movie—mostly alternate versions of Piccolo and Gohan! And the excitement doesn’t stop there—DLC2 will bring characters from Daima. Rounding out the week’s news, the Tamashii Nations Figure Expo kicked off, and to mark the occasion, you can grab the SSJ2 Goku figure, which closely resembles the limited SDCC 2022 exclusive.

Now, let’s dive into this week’s updates! First on the list are the new SSJ Goku Mini and Supreme Kai Mini figures, making their debut in Japan with an exclusive panel event. Don’t worry if you’re in the U.S. – they’re up for pre-order, and I’ll drop the links in their individual posts. Additionally, the second set of Dragon Ball Super Divers is now live, diving into the epic Namek Arc, and it comes with some amazing God Rare cards featuring Goku and Piccolo, plus the all-new Vanish Combo action skill!

That’s a wrap for this week! Thanks for tuning in, and have a Super Week!
