Dragon Ball News for the Week of February 3rd, 2025

Good morning, Dragon Ball fans! Welcome back to another action-packed episode of Weekly Dragon Ball News!

Let’s kick things off with a quick recap of last week’s exciting updates. First up, Megahouse dropped their Dragon Ball Lookup figures, featuring mini Goku and Vegeta from Daima. No word on pre-orders just yet, but stay tuned – we’ll update you as soon as we know more. Then, in celebration of Dokkan Battle’s 10th Anniversary, we saw the return of Super Vegito in all his glory! And last but not least, the second set of cards for Dragon Ball Super Divers hit the shelves. This special feature had advertising producer Trainer Omiso and Kopei behind the camera showing off cards like SSJ Awakening Goku, Beerus, and SSJ3 Vegeta Mini among others.

Now, onto this week’s exciting news! First up, Saikyo Jump‘s March Super-Sized edition is dropping tomorrow in Japan. Along with this special issue, you’ll find a Namek Gohan card for Super Divers. There’s also a scratch-off game with a chance to win either a starter deck or booster pack for the DBS Card Game Fusion World. And that’s not all! This issue also has updates on Dragon Ball SD, Super Divers, and everything else Dragon Ball, including news from Daima. Plus, Volume 11 of the Dragon Ball SD manga is releasing, covering the Android saga with Dr. Gero and Android 19, and it comes with a special Vegeta card!

On February 7th, V Jump Books will be releasing the Dragon Ball Fusion Card Game: Fusion World 1st Complete Card Collection. This ultimate guide will showcase over 1,000 cards, tournament usage data, and interviews with developers. As if that wasn’t enough, it will also feature an alternate art version of Goku drawn by Akira Toriyama himself, plus a Goku Mini DA promo card. And just to make things even more epic, Fusion World’s fifth booster set drops on February 8th, featuring characters from Daima, the movies, Dokkan Battle, and Super!

Finally, rounding out the week, Ichiban Kuji is releasing the Dragon Ball EX collection, showcasing Goku training alongside characters from the original Dragon Ball. You can pre-order it right here in the US!
