This week is officially the end of August and after Labor day, the end of summer. In this week’s Dragon Ball news, Victor Uchida focuses most of the show on the new Dokkan Festival x Legendary Summon Carnival in Dokkan Battle. This campaign prominently features Frieza’s brother Cooler and and you can read more about him here. Not sure how many of you play these phone games, but let me know in the comments.
As far as figures go, starting on Saturday, Ichiban Kuji released their Dragon Ball EX series featuring figures from Goku’s battle with Nappa and Vegeta. I should probably make a separate post about since this is figure related, but so far I dont see any pre-orders for this.
For this week’s news, they are releasing this deformed plush Dragon Ball Mascots in Japan. They call these Fuwakororin and one of the sets looks like Disney Tsum Tsums. No word on pre-orders yet, as these are Japan only releases but well see if anyone decides to sell them here. Finally, Saikyo Jump will release this Friday. They are giving away Dragon Ball the Breakers to 590 people and also a special Super Hero poster.
