Dragon Ball News for the Week of April 27, 2026

The latest release from Dragon Ball Z Grandista hit crane games on Thursday, April 27th.

Last week’s news includes major announcements from DRAGON BALL Games Battle Hour 2026 on Monday, April 20th. New details were revealed about the AGE 1000 project, along with the official announcement of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3. Producer Hirano confirmed that the game is scheduled for release in 2027 and is currently in development, with an announcement trailer showcasing a new city, characters, and action sequences. Additional updates on other Dragon Ball titles were also shared during the event.

On Tuesday, April 21st, the June edition of V Jump was released in Japan, featuring new information on the 10th set for Divers and Fusion World, along with deck builds using a bonus Bulma card and other updates on games and merchandise.

On Saturday, April 25th, the S.H.Figuarts Vegeta: Dangerous Pride figure went on sale, depicting Super Saiyan Vegeta in his Cell arc outfit with interchangeable parts for posing.

Other highlights from last week include new chapters of Dragon Ball SD, a new installment of Toyotarou Tried To Draw!, a ZENKAI Awakening for Perfect Form Cell in Dragon Ball Legends, the addition of Majin Buu (Pure) in Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, and the release of the Dragon Ball World Collectable Figure Youth Edition 2.

This week’s news starts with the upcoming release of the Dragon Ball SOLID EDGE WORKS -THE SHUTSUJIN- Kamesennin figure, arriving in crane games on April 28th, portraying Kamesennin powering up for a Kamehameha.

On Saturday, May 2nd, the June edition of Saikyo Jump will be released in Japan. It will feature Fusion World Leader cards from the 10th set, strategies using a bonus Gotenks card, a scratch-off giveaway for EX starter decks, updates on Divers cards, and the latest chapter of the Let’s! Super Dive!! manga.

Other updates this week include the rollout of HG Dragon Ball 05 Majin Buu Saga 2 via Gashapon machines starting in the fifth week of April.
