According to several reports that reference the official site, DBS manga will be back eventually, they just dotn know when. In the meantime, we will be getting some new artwork and possibly new specials, although they aren’t really sure what this entails as well.
Personally, I think they need to start working on a new arc that moves on from the Super Hero Movie as well as Red Ribbon Army. They dont necessarily have to go into Black Frieza yet as I see him now more as a final boss type of character and they can work on some of other story line. The key point here is to start back up as soon as possible!
