This is one of the demons created by the Demon King in the original Dragon Ball series. He recently had a Plex figure made of him along with his demon brothers, but so far he hasn’t received the Figuarts treatment. They did release a the Demon King, but have since moved on so I dont think we will get him anytime soon. You can read about Tambourine below:
