This weeks character showcase is Shapner from the Great Saiyanman arc. Not sure why this character is given such treatment since he doesnt really appear outside of this very little part of the manga but they apparently are doing side characters now. They are also apparently done with the Android and Cell Sagas and have moved on to Buu, but if there arent that many characters, they migh as well move on to GT or Super where there are many more interesting characters to talk about.
