This week’s character showcase is Colonel Yellow, a tiger like being dressed in an aviator outfit who is part of the Red Ribbon Army. I dont really remember him much but apparently he was just fodder for Goku to beat up. Unfortunately, theres not a whole lot of information on him, but here is a video of his JacksDo figure.
