Special Live Performance: Hironobu Kageyama Sings “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA”
To mark the anniversary in style, a special live video featuring Hironobu Kageyama performing the iconic “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA” has been released!
The performance includes thrilling visuals of two brand-new ULTRA characters: Super Saiyan Son Goku and Final Form Frieza: Full Power.

Two New ULTRA Characters Enter the Arena
For the first time ever, Super Saiyan Son Goku and Final Form Frieza: Full Power join the battle in ULTRA form! Each brings a unique playstyle and game-changing abilities to the battlefield.
ULTRA “Super Saiyan Son Goku”
Part of the current event “ULTRA RISING – Is it Krillin!!!!”, this version of Goku introduces a new feature: KO Guard. This ability lets Goku (or an ally) survive a potentially fatal blow once, giving you a second chance in the heat of combat.
He also comes equipped with a Unique Gauge that, when full, activates a card draw effect and prevents enemy character switches—perfect for a finishing combo.
ULTRA “Final Form Frieza: Full Power”
Running alongside Goku’s event is “ULTRA RISING – I’ll pulverize you all, just like those Earthlings!!”, featuring the ruthless ULTRA Frieza.
This version focuses on all-out offense with his Death Beam Gauge, a fast-charging attack that can be chained into devastating combos.
The ULTRA appearance rate in STEP 2 of his banner is also tripled, giving you a better shot at recruiting this powerhouse.
World Championship 2025-2026 Announced
To top it all off, Dragon Ball Legends has announced the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2025-2026, a global tournament to decide the strongest player on Earth (and beyond).
Players from around the world will compete for the top title, with special missions and participation rewards including exclusive titles, sleeves, and backgrounds.
