Exciting news for fans of both Dragon Ball and miniature cars – a thrilling collaboration has been announced to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Dragon Ball! Get ready for the “Dream Tomica Tomica x Dragon Ball” series, where iconic vehicles from the Dragon Ball universe will come to life in the form of die-cast miniature cars!
The first two releases in this special collection will feature:
- “Dream Tomica Tomica x Dragon Ball Son Goku’s Cloud”
- “Dream Tomica Tomica x Dragon Ball Bulma’s Capsule No. 9 Bike”
These collectibles will be available in Japan and 12 other Asian regions (including China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia) in the spring of 2025! Don’t worry, fans outside Japan, they’ll be rolling out to the rest of the world soon after!

Imagine flying through the skies on Son Goku’s magical cloud! This mini replica comes with a transparent display stand that creates the illusion of flight, and yes – there are tires on the bottom so you can roll it along the ground too. Talk about versatility!
“Dream Tomica Tomica x Dragon Ball Bulma’s Capsule No. 9 Bike”
The stylish bike that Bulma rides in the series has been faithfully recreated with incredible attention to detail. The handlebars move just like the real thing, and the bike stands on its own – no kickstand needed!
Reservations will open soon, and the official date will be announced on the Tomica website, so stay tuned! Before the release, you can catch a sneak peek of the prototypes at the Takara Tomy booth during Jump Festa 2025, held on December 21st-22nd, 2024!
