Get Ready for the Ultimate Collector’s Treat, DRAGON BALL Comics Charm Collection 01!
To celebrate 40 years of DRAGON BALL, Bandai is kicking things off with a brand-new release: DRAGON BALL Comics Charm Collection 01, arriving this September through Japan’s popular Gashapon® vending machines!
Starting in the third week of September 2025, these miniature comic charms will begin appearing in Gashapon machines nationwide. For early birds, you might spot them as soon as the beginning of September at select stores like Saikyo Gasha Station, just keep in mind release timing can vary a bit by location.
What’s in the Collection?
This debut set features volumes 1 through 14 of the iconic manga, each charm stands about 5 cm tall and is packed with detail.
Inside each miniature comic box (designed to feel just like the real thing), you’ll find an acrylic charm showcasing the original frontispiece illustration from the manga. That’s two cool collectibles in one box.
We got a sneak peek at the Volume 1 charm, and let’s just say: it’s small, but it nails every detail from the classic cover art. Fans are going to want the full run — and with 42 total volumes planned, this is just the beginning.
