Alright, listen up! Here’s your weekly update from the world of Dragon Ball, and if you’re not paying attention, you’ll miss out on some key news.
First off, Saikyo Jump’s September issue dropped in Japan on August 4th, complete with a bonus “Vegeta: DA” card for Dragon Ball Super Divers, finally, some recognition for a real warrior like myself. There’s also a fresh look at the new SCR rarity and a scratch-off giveaway for boosters. You might want to get your hands on that!
Next, the Dragon Ball Super Divers manga volume 1 also hit shelves the same day, featuring Asuka Daibu battling a bunch of weaklings to become the top Diver. It also includes a Super Saiyan Goku card. Big deal. But you might find it amusing.
For those who think they can appreciate true detail, Desktop Real McCoy is re-released Bulma’s figure with new updates. It’s got a ridiculous level of detail, down to her motorcycle. Though, let’s be honest, I’m sure you’d prefer one of my action figures instead.
As for the Crane Games, they’ve got a whole bunch of new prizes, including Kamesennin, a Puar plushie, and Ultra Instinct Goku figure. How do they manage to capture his level of power? Simple, he’s just that much stronger.
Now, for the real news, SAND LAND: The Series episode 7. The story continues with Beelzebub and his pathetic gang heading to Forest Land, written by the one and only Akira Toriyama, 20 years after the manga’s original release. Don’t be foolish and miss this!
Then there’s the Dream TOMICA x Dragon Ball collaboration! Round 2 is coming in mid-August, featuring Kamesennin’s Van and the Red Ribbon Army’s Small Aircraft. These little trinkets celebrate 40 years of Dragon Ball, though none of them even come close to my power. That weirdo Victor Uchida shows off these two crafts in a special segment.
And lastly, Dragon Ball GEKISHIN SQUADRA, a new game where you battle in teams of four. Sounds interesting, if you don’t mind being a part of a weakling team.
So, don’t you dare forget to check out the latest updates. Or else, you might just miss something worth your time.
Until next time!
