This was a more recent line of non-articulating figures produced by Bandai. They were released from 2014 through 2016 and retailed for 1500 yen in Japan and about $15 in the US. There were ten figures released and you can find them all below or on the Tamashii link here. There were additional prototype figures shown at various events during that time, but for whatever reason they were never released and the line was discontinued. My guess is that the buddies line didnt sell too well and you can find them on sale on various sites. Either way, they are now part of the history of Dragon Ball figures and enshrined here on the Figure Links page.
