Welcome to a new episode of Weekly Dragon Ball News!
First, some news from last week.
Fusion World’s 2nd Official Card Catalogue was released on Friday, March 13 (Japan only). The book celebrates Fusion World’s second anniversary and features over 1,100 cards released between February 2025 and March 2026. It also includes interviews with the game’s development producers reflecting on the past two years. The catalogue comes with two bonus cards: Son Goku/Vegeta and Son Gohan: SH/Piccolo: SH.
Fusion World’s 9th booster pack set was released on Saturday, March 14 (English version released Friday, March 13). The set includes a lineup of alternate-art cards with new illustrations and designs, along with new Leader cards that use the Ki mechanic.
The EX starter decks THE PHASE OF EVOLUTION and THE BEAT OF KI were also released on March 14 (English version released March 13). New official card sleeves became available the same day. For more details, check the related article on the Dragon Ball Official Site.
Other highlights from last week include the rollout of MACHIBOKE: Dragon Ball Series #3 in Gashapon machines starting in the first week of March in Japan. Dragon Ball Z SOLID EDGE WORKS -THE SHUTSUJIN- Broly II and Dragon Ball World Collectable Figure: Youth Edition 1 both appeared in crane games on March 10. The new Dragon Ball Legends summon event “ULTRA RISING – HOPE FOR THE FUTURE -” began on March 11 and is available worldwide except in certain regions.
Now for this week’s news.
Dragon Ball Super Warrior Sticker Wafers -Super- #15 was released on Monday, March 16 (Japan only). To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Super Warrior series, Bandai plans several collaborations throughout the year.
This set features stickers depicting events set 10 years after the end of Dragon Ball Z. Dragon Ball Rare stickers make their debut, allowing fans to collect Dragon Balls. The Ultimate God Rare stickers feature blue and silver double foil that recreates the final battles of DAIMA. The special 10th Rare sticker includes gold foil, a holographic finish, and a 3D embossed design. The wafers are available in snack aisles across Japan.
A campaign celebrating the half-year anniversary of Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra begins on Wednesday, March 18. Three new characters will debut: Super Saiyan God Goku on March 18, followed by Super Saiyan God Vegeta and Majin Buu (Pure).
V Jump’s super-sized May issue will be released on Thursday, March 19 (Japan only). The issue includes a special feature on Fusion World highlighting cards from the ninth booster pack set. Readers can also apply for a Fierce Fighter Gogeta Pack. The magazine includes a Son Goku card for Fusion World and a Vegeta card for Divers, along with the latest updates on Dragon Ball games, figures, and other news.
BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 25–26 in Tokyo will be held starting March 20 at Tokyo Big Sight. The event brings together multiple Bandai card game titles. Fusion World will appear on March 21 and 22 and will feature competitive events, exclusive merchandise, and promotional items for visitors.
Other highlights this week include Dragon Ball Z G×materia Vegeta II and the Dragon Ball Z Mecha Mofugutto Majin Buu plush “Drink Milk. It’s Better,” both appearing in crane games on March 17. The next installment of Toyotarou Tried to Draw is scheduled for late March.
