Cell enters the fight and dares Piccolo to interfere with his mission to absorb the two androids. There is a comedic moment, where Cell recoginizes Androids 17 and 18, but does not recognize Android 16 and calls him Android 17.5. Meanwhile back on Master Roshi’s island, Krillin decides to fly to Bulma to get the device that can stop the androids, while Tien flies to help Piccolo. After a brief attack, Piccolo warns the androids that Cell is not complete and is a product of Dr. Gero’s computer and his mission is to absorb them to become full power. Android 16 warns the androids to flee, but Android 17 does not listen and is almost absorbed by cell. He later warns 18 that she must go!
